Yes. The postcard message you enter during order submission will be printed and included in the box. Handwritten notes are not available because packing is done at our central kitchen.

Yes, each redemption code must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.

You may allocate up to the number of boxes your redemption code entitles you to. For example, if your code is for 2 boxes, you can send:
• 1 box to 2 different recipients, or
• 2 boxes to a single recipient.

Each redemption code can be used multiple times until all allocated boxes are redeemed. One code can represent multiple boxes, allowing flexible delivery arrangements.

We typically dispatch your order on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days, excluding unforeseen delays (e.g., heavy rain, flood, etc).

Once your gift box is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier, airway bill number, and tracking link (if available).

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds once a W Cookie Gift Box has been purchased.
